The above quote from National Geographic’s Dog Whisperer, Caesar Milan, sums up our training philosophy here at Effective Dog Training.  We believe the most important aspect in training a dog - whether it be basic obedience training, training for competition, or correcting unwanted and dangerous behavior - is YOU!  Unfortunately for many dogs and their owners, incorrect training methods, lack of patience, and inconsistency all too often result in a disobedient dog and a frustrated owner.

With over 7 years of dog training experience, Effective Dog Training offers private, one-on-one instruction for both dogs and their owners.  We offer classes in everything from basic obedience to correcting aggression.
